Our consultants have significant experience in providing security consulting services throughout the Caribbean. Below are synopsis of a representative sample that shows the security consulting experience of our staff. Security Assessment One of our Managing Consultants has conducted a security assessment for a major Caribbean airline that reviewed their physical security protection with particular emphasis on terrorism and narcotics trafficking. This assessment covered all the islands in which that airline operates. Security Training Two of our associate consultants have an ongoing relationship with a Caribbean University in which they have developed and conducted several training programs for the security staff at the university. These training programs covered; security officer training, security supervisor training and mobile response training. Fraud Investigation One of our Managing Consultants has significant experience in the area of Fraud and Financial Investigations having worked extensively in the banking sector influencing policy and implementing various fraud detection and fraud prevention systems. In addition, he has and continues to conduct various training programs for individuals and companies on Fraud Prevention and has been frequently called as a guest speaker at annual and quarterly seminars held by associations such as:
Electronic Security Protection for Farms One of our associate consultants conducted a project for a Caribbean Development Bank in which they provide recommendations on the electronic security measures that could be implemented on farms to prevent Praedial Larceny. In addition to providing recommendations they also provided budgetary estimates of the cost of the various measures. Electronic Security Protection for Prison One of our Managing Consultants has designed an IP CCTV solution in a Prison facility. The solution uses servers for Network Video Recording as well as mega pixel camera technology. National CCTV One of our Managing Consultants designed a national CCTV system using mega pixel IP cameras, with the cameras installed on various streets and linked back to a fully equipped Monitoring Station with large displays and consoles.
Physical & Electronic Security Protection This assignment involved a compound that has approximately 70 houses, a clubhouse with swimming pool and tennis courts, plus a primary school and water treatment plants. The assignment involved providing recommendations for protection of the entire compound with estimates of the cost for each protective measure and an assessment of the effectiveness of each measure.
Physical Security Protection This consulting assignment was a security survey of a petroleum company's Trinidad operations and encompassed a heliport, a crude oil processing facility, a shipping facility, various expatriate housing and an office tower.
Planning & Force Evaluation One of our associate consultants undertook an evaluation of the activities of the security unit of a Trinidad Government agency. This project required a review of the manpower requirements and deployment in the Unit with special emphasis on the investigative responsibilities and providing recommendations relative to that review; the provision of recommendations on the rank of officers required; the provision of a three year work and training program.
